GlacierHub is a SaaS platform that generates interactive dashboards from natural language queries. The service uses AI to discover data sources, fetch data, and render visualizations. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or algorithms
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt to overload the system
• Scrape or redistribute data obtained through the platform
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of any data you upload or configure in GlacierHub. Data fetched from third-party APIs is subject to the terms of those APIs. We do not claim ownership of your dashboards or configurations.

6. Availability and accuracy

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated dashboards are based on available data and may contain inaccuracies. You should verify critical data independently.

7. Limitation of liability

GlacierHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
