Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when I hit my query limit?
On the Free plan, queries pause until the next day. On Pro, you can purchase additional query packs or upgrade your plan. We'll always warn you before you hit a limit so there are no surprises.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. Pro annual is $278/year ($23.17/month). Contact us for Enterprise annual pricing.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Every new account starts on the Free plan with full access to core features. When you're ready to upgrade, Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
What counts as a 'query'?
A query is any request that hits an external data source — fetching stock prices, pulling API data, or refreshing a chart. Interactions with the AI agent (like asking questions about already-loaded data) do not count as queries.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Do you offer discounts for startups or education?
Yes. We offer 50% off Pro for verified startups (under 2 years old, under $5M in funding) and free Pro access for students and educators with a valid .edu email. Contact us to apply.
